Punch-bending technology
Using punch-bend technology, we are able to achieve precise, automated production of series parts through the use of Bihler punch-bend machines and eccentric presses. This technology relies on specialized tooling and benefits from our in-house toolmaking capabilities. We process a wide range of material grades.

Laser cutting
Laser cutting is a precise and efficient process that cleanly cuts a variety of materials. This method minimizes material waste through optimal nesting and ensures high repeatability. This allows you to achieve high-quality results tailored to your specific needs.

Bending / Folding
Using CNC-controlled bending machines from Trumpf, we process the cut-to-size sheets with edge lengths of up to 4 meters and a maximum pressing force of 170 tons. This enables us to manufacture components with precision and flexibility, starting from a quantity of just one piece.

Welding
Using both robotic welding cells and manual workstations, we produce welded assemblies using the MAG welding process. Even for small batch sizes, the welding cell operates efficiently and ensures high repeatability.

Waterjet cutting
Waterjet cutting provides us with a highly flexible technology that, in addition to laser cutting, enables us to cut non-metallic materials such as GRP, CFRP, stone, foam, and other materials. This allows us to flexibly produce one-off parts with a cutting depth of up to 90 mm.

Surface coating
Through a high-performance European partner network, we offer a variety of surface coating technologies, such as powder coating, galvanizing, cathodic dip coating (KTL), and anodizing. The coating structure applied to the material enhances corrosion resistance while providing a unique “sheen.”

Assemble
From one-off parts to mass-produced assemblies, we assemble components for a wide range of applications. We integrate these components using joining methods such as riveting, press-fitting, or screwing. We use high-quality materials to ensure that the assemblies meet our customers’ requirements. In addition, we carefully monitor the assembly process to guarantee the highest quality.

Milling
Our mechanical manufacturing division relies on state-of-the-art technologies to produce tools, fixtures, and components. On our machining center, we manufacture precision milled parts with dimensions of up to 1,150 x 700 x 550 mm. This cutting-edge machine enables us to achieve complex geometries and tight tolerances. Our experienced specialists ensure the highest quality and efficiency at every stage of production.

Wire EDM
Using wire EDM technology, we manufacture high-precision components for our customers in our toolmaking department. The machined contours are sharp-edged and meet the highest standards for dimensional accuracy and geometric precision.

Design
We carry out the design of tools and fixtures, as well as the development of entirely new products, in collaboration with our partner, who ARNIO GmbH. Together, we use digital tools to meet the highest quality standards
